Collect your laundry or ironing together and place it into a black bin liner. When we pick it up we will put into a no creases laundry bag, it will be sealed for security and safety and labelled along with your special instructions.
You can either contact us on line or call us, you decide what time you want us to pick it up. we can pick it up from your home or place of work within our defined areas. Our service operates between 8.00am-9.00pm Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday is available but has to be arranged via telephone.
All garments are checked for special instructions before proceeding and checked afterwards for quality to ensure you satisfaction. We take special care to iron your garments professionally. We are aware of transfers and dark garment requirements.
Your laundry or ironing is returned within 48hrs or at a time arranged with you. Payment is due only upon its return. We aim to please first time and every time, however if you are not fully satisfied with our service let us know. Any feed back good or bad is important to us as we listen to our customers. We offer a weekly/fortnightly and monthly service.
